शॉर्टकट keys वो होती हैं जो कंप्यूटर use करते समय हमारे काम को और भी अधिक आसान बना दे जैसे कि किसी फाइल को save करने के लिए Ctrl+S इस्तेमाल करते हैं I
What is Function keys ? फंक्शन की क्या होती है ?
कंप्यूटर के कीबोर्ड में बहुत सारे Shortcuts होते है जो हमें कंप्यूटर use करने में बहुत मददगार होते हैं I फंक्शन keys वो key होती हैं जो कंप्यूटर को और अधिक shortcuts बना देती हैं I ये कंप्यूटर कीबोर्ड में ऊपर की तरफ होती हैं जैसे F1, F2, F3,.... F12 तक ये keys होती हैं I➡ All Function keys - सभी फंक्शन keys
1. For Help (मदद के लिए) - F12. Move text or Graphics or Edit folder name - F2
3. For Find any word - F3
4. Repeat the last action or Undo - F4
5. Auto write date and time or Choose Go to command - F5
6. Go to next pane or frame - F6
7. For choose the spelling command - F7
8. Extend a selection - F8
9. Update selection fields - F9
10. For show key Tips - F10
11. Go to the next field or frame - F11
12. For Save As command - F12
➡ SHIFT+ Function keys - शिफ्ट के साथ फंक्शन keys
1. Start context-sensitive Help or reveal formatting - Shift+F12. Copy text (कॉपी टेक्स्ट) - Shift+F2
3. Change the case of letters - Shift+F3
4. Repeat a Find or Go to action (ढ़ूढ़ने के लिए) - Shift+F4
5. Move to the last change - Shift+F56. Go to the previous or frame - Shift+F6
7. Thesaurus command - Shift+F7
8. Shrink selection - Shift+F8
9. Switch between a firld code and its result - Shift+F9
10. Show shortcut menu - Shift+F10
11. Go to the previous pane or field - Shift+F11
12. For SAVE (MS Office) (सेव के लिए) - Shift+F12

1. Print Preview (प्रिंट से पहले) - Ctrl+F22. Cut Spike - Ctrl+F3
3. Close Window - Ctrl+F4
4. Go next window - Ctrl+F6
5. Insert an emprty field - Ctrl+F9
6. Maximize document window - Ctrl+F10
7. Lock a field - Ctrl+F11
8. For Open command - Ctrl+F12

1. Insert the conts of the Spike - Ctrl+Shift+F32. Edit a bookmark - Ctrl+Shift+F5
3. Go to the previous window - Ctrl+Shift+F6
3. Update linked information -Ctrl+Shift+F7
4. Extend a selection or block - Ctrl+Shift+F8,and then press an arow key
5. Unlink a field -Ctrl+Shift+F9
6. Unlock a field -Ctrl+Shift+F11
7. Print command (MS Office) - Ctrl+Shift+12

1. Go to the next field - Alt+F12. Create a new Building Block - Alt+F3
3. Exit Office Word - Alt+F4
4. Restore the program window size - Alt+F5
5. Move from an open dialog box back to the document, for dialog boxes such as Find and Replace that support this behavior - Alt+F6
6. Find the next misspelling or grammatical error -Alt+F7
7. Run a macro - Alt+F8
8. Switch between all firld codes and their results - Alt+F9
9. Maximize the program window - Alt+F10
10. Display Microsoft Visual Basic code - Alt+F11
